Our successful mental health program is looking for an energetic, organised person with great listening skills to work as part of our dynamic team. As a Support Facilitator you will use your problem solving skills to work with our participants from various backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. As a Support Facilitator you will need multi-faceted skills to engage with people and coordinate services and supports to meet their recovery goals.

Partners in Recovery (PIR) is an initiative funded by the Commonwealth Government designed to better support people with severe and persistent mental illness with complex needs. This position is fixed-term until 30 June 2019.
