The Role:

The Wellness Program Manager is responsible for the delivery of industry leading wellness programs & services to Bupa’s corporate and university clients.

Key to this role is responsibility for delivering a superior level of service to Bupa’s clients, developing professional relationships with a key client stakeholders and maximising employee and student engagement in the wellness programs and services delivered.

This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months with a view to extend, based in our Melbourne head office, located in Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering Wellness Programs to your allocated Bupa Corporate and University Clients
• Delivering professional client relationship management and quality service, striving to exceed client satisfaction metrics, grow repeat/renewal business
• Ensuring the implementation of the wellness services are focused on maximising engagement and positively influencing healthy behaviour change
• Implementing strategies to enhance client and customer experiences
• Effectively manage health program data to deliver accurate, high quality wellness program reports
• Ensure you are meeting financial revenue targets and quality and accuracy of operational processes ie; invoicing, revenue forecasting
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of our wellness proposition through process improvement suggestions, product innovation ideas and development to service delivery

Your Background:

You will have:

• Degree in Health Promotion, Science or Allied Health (mandatory)
• Experience in health promotion, wellness service development/delivery (highly regarded)
• Experience in client account management or B2B role preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven time management skills
• High attention to detail is essential
