The Practice
Situated in the heart of Camperdown township, our client is a known and respected provider of outstanding dental treatment for the local community and broader regions. Quality service is at the core of their philosophy and the staff provide a personalised service for each patient - many with long standing relationships with the practice.
The principal dentist is busy, often with a full appointment book, and is supported by a dedicated team of 3 DAs who often provide six handed assistance. The practice also employs an Oral Health Therapist with daily practice functions overseen and lead by a Practice Manager.
The Role
There now exists a rare opportunity for an experienced, people focused Practice Manager to join our client. Key to the success of this role will be your ability to work closely with your team, support and guide their development and provide five star patient service to all that choose this practice as their dental provider. The role acts as a conduit between staff and practitioner(s), coordinating clinical staff rosters and ensuring the practice operates efficiently and profitably.
About You
You'll be an experienced Practice Manager with proven team leadership and management capability within a dental environment. You'll enjoy autonomy and decision making with a confident yet engaging personality and attitude toward your team. Though you don't need to be a bookkeeper or accountant, you'll be familiar with reporting practice finances, reconciling daily takings and tracking patient numbers and trends.
A generous salary package is offered and will be based on your prior experience and any additional value to bring to the role. You'll be supported and rewarded for your contribution to the practice and daily contact with the practice owner, who works from one of three other practices in the group.
