ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work in our public NICU in Heidelberg. Engage with our innovative and supportive team, develop close working relationships between nursing and medical teams, contribute to innovative Neonatal Intensive Care using modern technologies and medical strategies to provide excellent clinical care of the patients in Neonatal Services. You will attend high risk deliveries and provide best practice evidence based care for the best outcomes of our neonates. You will actively participate in the ward round to collaborate care for the patient.
- Full time or part time, option for 12 hour shifts
- Located at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg

- Provide and implement high quality individualised clinical care for premature and sick babies and their families
- Play an integral role in a motivated clinical team with a strong family centred care approach

ABOUT YOU:
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Post graduate certificate in neonatal intensive care (preferred)
- Atleast 1 year experience in a Level 6 NICU
- You are committed to clinical excellence
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Ability to establish rapport with families
- You will be a valued and respected team member, working with the multidisciplinary team collaboratively for the best outcome for the babies
