The Client:
  
Mulit-purpose Health service comprised of a 6 bed emergency department, a general acute ward, a 8 bed aged care unit, a community health department, outpatient mental health, dental and dialysis unit.
  
This picturesque and friendly small community is nestled at the foot of the mountains and very accessible to the scenic section of the Wold Heritage listed Daintree National Park with enticing freshwater swimming holes and a 2.7 kilometre rainforest loop trail.
  
Only 15 minutes away are picturesque coral sea beaches and a major tourist destination offering diving and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef and plenty of tropical produce and seafood to feast on.
  
The Role:
A Locum Principle House Officer is required from 3rd September to 11th November 2018.  The vacancy will be mostly in emergency with the occasional aged care ward shift. 
  
The roster is a combination of days from 0800 – 1830 and nights from 2100 – 0830.
  
Remuneration is $1150 per day plus travel and accommodation.
  
Eligibility:
  

• General AHPRA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
