An opportunity has arisen to join our national performance team, as the Quality and Performance Manager, based at Procare's head office in Alexandria.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of quality service and performance across rehabilitation and injury management services. This is a non billable role.

Position purpose;

• Drive improved performance & quality rehabilitation services delivery;
• Provide Strategic & Technical advice;
• Develop Rehabilitation Consultant competencies & strategies to achieve outcomes;
• Drive best practice rehabilitation in line with HWCA Nationally Consistent Approval Framework for Workplace Rehabilitation Providers;
• Ensure the provision of consistently high-quality services to our customers;
• Work effectively as part of a national team, with both internal and external key stakeholders.

We are looking for;

• A background in allied health; Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist; 
• At least 3 years’ experience working within the NSW Workers Compensation and/or WorkSafe VIC Scheme;
• Demonstrated previous experience within claims in strategic capacity;
• A genuine commitment to driving performance & continuous improvement;
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
• Flexibility, reliability and an ability to drive accountability;
• Ability to meet time frames & deadlines;
• Well-developed organisational, oral and written skills;
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
• Approachable attitude & team player.
