Growing Aged care organisation requires an experienced Rostering & Payroll Officer to work within their prestigious aged care residence based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. You will be required to utilise your aged care rostering experience to oversee all rostering of a very large home, payroll and assist the General Manager. This is a unique chance to be a part of a diligent & close knit team. Permanent full time, Monday to Friday position paying an attractive salary. ( There is potential for a fix term contract)

- Assisting with another other necessary duties.
- Demonstrated previous experience in Rostering and Payroll within Aged Care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated initiative and organisational skills
- Rostering experience
- Ability to work autonomously & within a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters
- Police Check
