The Client
Our client has been offering care to the community for many years! They are now looking for a highly enthusiastic Nurse Educator, who is committed to assisting their team to deliver excellence in care. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader committed to the development and growth of their critical care unit
The Role
As a Nurse Educator within the organisation you will coordinate the supervision of all clinical care, training and education to staff.
Due to the responsibility of the role it is imperative you possess the following:
- Proven clinical nursing and education/training experience
- Passion and commitment with prior experience working in Critical care
- Be results orientated and have the ability to operate autonomously
- Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
- Current APHRA Div 1 registration
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment required
- Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator in cardiac services would be highly regarded.
