Lifestyle and Wellbeing Officer
Part Time 65 hours/fortnight

- Our innovative and award winning lifestyle and wellbeing programs aim to support and enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, emotional and physical wellbeing of our consumers.
As a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Officer you will plan, deliver and evaluate the leisure and health activities and programs for our clients. We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with the elderly and having a laugh.
To be apply for this role you will have:
Essential:
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent
- Proven skills and experience in developing and evaluating meaningful lifestyle and wellbeing activities
- Ability and commitment to work within the values of Anglican Care
- Work effectively as an individual and within a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in leading a team
- Proven ability to contribute positively to the workplace and culture
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence with a registered and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
Desirable:
- Proven skills in implementing innovative projects such as art and music therapy
- Previous experience in planning and developing lifestyle and wellbeing programs in a centre-based environment
- Experience in working with people living with dementia
