An exciting opportunity exists for a physiotherapist to join a dedicated and friendly team, assisting residents within a beautiful aged care facility, located in one of QLD's most scenic coastal destinations - the Gold Coast, our sixth largest city in Australia.
You will be part of a very supportive team, with person centered care at the forefront of everything they do. You will be responsible for optimizing independent function in all aspects of daily living by promoting and delivering a well-being and restorative approach to care, involving assessment, early detection, and health promotion. You Will Be Offered:

Your Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Provide advice and educate staff on manual handling techniques according to individual resident needs.
- Devise education programs based on site needs.
- Implement care plans in consultation with the resident and their family
- Developing and conducting pain management programs for residential care clients.
- A focus on falls prevention & continuous improvement to the overall program.
You Will Need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Current Police Certificate (or able to obtain).
- Valid Senior First Aid certificate.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate clients to achieve their treatment goals.
- Full working rights for Australia
