The Role

The Registered Nurse Graduate Program at Epworth HealthCare operates across all five clinical divisions of Epworth.

Applications are now invited from candidates anticipating their initial registration as a Registered Nurse in 2018/2019.  If you apply via this advertisement you are applying to be considered for the Epworth Richmond Registered Nurse Graduate Program 2019 (Program).

Epworth Richmond is the largest Epworth campus and provides quality patient care through linking clinical practice with research and practice development. Affiliated with several tertiary institutions, we are partners in facilitating Post Graduate studies in a range of specialties including; Critical Care, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Neuroscience, General Medical/Surgical, and Peri-Operative nursing.

The Epworth Richmond Program offers two 6 month part time rotations within oncology, surgical, orthopaedic, cardiac, neuroscience, medical, plastics, vascular, day surgery, emergency and paediatrics, as well as offering a dedicated 12 month Peri-Operative (theatre) Program which is offered fixed term, full time.

Epworth offers a Program that:

• Provides a structured and challenging clinical learning environment which has both support and variety
• Offers a structured study component including; five development days
• Facilitates your transition to become a confident and competent Registered Nurse
• Enables you to develop a sense of belonging through collegiality and shared values through Epworth's person centred culture

If you are seeking a challenge and opportunities in a friendly, supportive environment then the Epworth Richmond Program is for you. Positions are 30.4 hours per week, including a rotating roster across all shifts.
