**Contract** Aged Care (Registered Nurse, RN) - Reviewing Care Plans

• 3 month contract, with the potential to go permanent. 
• Resident centric aged care organisation. 
• Excellent senior level support. 

We need an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse who has real accountability and a solid track record within Residential Aged Care. You will be responsible for the a Care Plans project which requires the review, auditing and updating of their care plans. This is a Mon - Fri position with lots of flexibility. We would also consider please who would consider this 4 days per week.

To be considered for this role, the candidate will have:  

• Be able to start quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership skills within Aged Care
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Care Plans. 
• Strong assessment skills. 
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
• Current AHPRA Registration 
• Current Police Check
