Our client is a highly progressive surgeon continually offering patients the best options for treatment. They include minimally invasive surgery and innovative robotic surgery.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Senior Medical Secretary/Personal Assistant to join a growing and progressive surgeon as a full time assistant. You will provide superior admin support to the Surgeon.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting of patients
• Booking appointments 
• Chasing up patient results
• Electronic labeling and filing
• Uploading transcriptions , formatting and editing
• Promotional mail outs
• Scanning referrals
• Management of all patient data, correspondence
• Invoicing and receipting of consultations
• Liaising with hospital staff and booking procedures
• Using Apple Software

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in independently.  You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing premium customer service.
