About the Role:
We have a great opportunity for a Pharmacist to join the Slade team at The Valley Private Hospital on a permanent part-time basis, working approximately 20 hours per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest quality of service to outpatients, hospital patients, nursing staff and members of the hospital management team
- Ensuring all discharges occur effectively and efficiently
- Dispensing and supplying medication in line with legal and professional requirements
- Ensuring all PBS requirements are met
About You:
The successful candidate must have previous hospital dispensary experience.
Additional skills will include:
- Valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a pharmacist
- Working knowledge of FRED & iPharmacy (preferable)
- Sounds knowledge of the PBS
- Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
