Pharmacist Dispensary Manager - Pharmacy 4 Less Logan Central
We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic pharmacist dispensary manager who can help make a difference.
The position is for mainly Monday to Thursday and every second Sunday morning - no after hours work
To be considered for this role, you must
- have a friendly and confident demeanour
- have effective communication skills
- have the ability to motivate and create enthusiasm in your team members
- be able to immediately build rapport with your customers
- be registered with AHPRA as a pharmacist and have residency in Australia
As dispensary manager you will be responsible for
- ensuring targets are met for professional programs
- continually training and upgrading the skills in your team
- maintaining standards at the highest level
- maintain QCPP accreditation and application
You will have the support of a great dispense tech and 2 part time pharmacists
This position is suitable for a motivated individual who relishes the chance to make their mark.
