We have an opportunity for a Day Surgery l Cath Lab Manager to lead the team of this busy Day Surgery unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse manager to join the leadership team of this vales based, NFP hospital.
Day Surgery l Cath Lab Manager
- Ability to engage staff positively
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Prior leadership experience
- Min 2 years’ experience in the area of specialty
- Post Graduate qualifications in the area of specialty highly regarded
- Management degree or working towards – highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Experience with labour management
- Demonstrated HR and change management experience
- A real focus on individualised patient care and patient outcomes
