Healthcare Australia - Rural & Remote 

Healthcare Australia – As a leading service provider of skilled healthcare professionals to Rural and Remote Australia we are taking expressions of interest from skilled Renal Dialysis nurses.  Chronic Kidney Disease affects approximately 9 out of 10 Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and most times they are not aware of it.  This population is 3 times more likely to have indicators of stage 1 chronic kidney disease than non-indigenous people and more than 4 times likely to have indicators of Stages 4 & 5.  For this reason, we have a duty to support this group of Australians in sourcing and placing trained Dialysis nurses to these regions. 

  
Our ideal candidate:  

• Holds current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• 2+ Years post grad
• Minimum 12 months FT Renal Dialysis experience
• Fresenius 5008 experience desirable (Phillips also considered)
• Can commit to placements between 6 weeks to 6 months
• Has a genuine commitment to Indigenous health, culturally aware & sensitive
• Enjoys travel with a keen sense of adventure
