About the organisation:
We are representing a leading organisation in regional Victoria. You will be working within a well established organisation whose provide a range of services to the community.
About the role:
I'm looking for a social worker who has experience working with mental health. You will delivering mental health assessment, case formulation, risk assessment, referral and case management. You will be working with clients who have moderate to severe mental health issues.
Additionally, you will be working within recovery based case management framework.
Amongst other duties, within this role you'll focus on clinical care; building relationships; data and more

Essential requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work
- 3 - 5 + years of experience within the welfare sector
- Experience working in mental health is essential
- 12 month contract with the view to extend

- Based five hours from Melbourne
- Salary of 80k - $85k + Super Per Annum + Salary Packaging
