The Role
Working with people who have sustained an injury, you will be responsible for assessing their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return to their original employment as part of their rehabilitation. Services will include early intervention and workplace rehabilitation services (and other similar services) to assist injured individuals return to work.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychologist, Physiotherapy or be a WorkCover Accredited Exercise Physiologist/Psychology/Rehabilitation Counselling
- Keen to learn and grow
- Registration with relevant governing body (i.e. AHPRA, ESSA etc).
- Motivated and positive team player
- Excellent communication and customer relationship/rapport building skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- A current Australian driver's licence
