Quality/Education/Compliance Specialist - Aged Care RN - North QLD

We are currently working with a respected Aged Care organisation, that are looking to appoint a Quality/Education/Compliance consultant on a full-time time basis across multiple homes in North QLD.

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Nurse
• A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in a Residential Aged Care facility
• Experience in education staff in an Aged Care setting
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Good working knowledge of the Accreditation Standards and the Aged Care Funding Instrument
• Sound clinical skills
• Experience developing care plans
• Current Police Cert
• Must be comfortable with the travel element of the role
• A Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment would be highly regarded.
