Associate Nurse Unit Manager Position Summary Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Aged Persons Mental Health South Ward, Peter James Centre Permanent part time - rotating roster Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. South Ward at Peter James Centre is offering a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic, friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a motivated, team focussed, enthusiastic nurse to join our ANUM team. You must have a passion for delivering best practise care, be dedicated to patient focussed care and strive for excellence. To be successful in this role you should possess: Leaderships skills Sound mental health knowledge Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills Experience in management and operational role/s Understanding of conflict resolution and negotiation skills Proficient in computer literacy Excellent patient assessment skills Strong commitment to high quality patient care Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and trouble shoot problems effectively Team player Adaptable Current nurses registration with AHPRA Post-graduate qualifications in mental health Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Eastern Health offers a variety of fantastic Employee Benefits, view the extensive range here!
