THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to our continued successful growth, Generation Health are now interested in talking to Physiotherapists who are interested in a hybrid role; performing On-Site Clinical Physiotherapy services to one of our largest customers as well as performing the duties of a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

While Onsite you will provide Clinical Physiotherapy services as well as provide ongoing Injury prevention education to the employees of one of our largest customers
- As a Senior Rehabilitation consultant you will provide specific rehabilitation assessments; early intervention assessments, workplace assessments, functional assessments and attend medical case conferences all with the end goal of sustainable Return to work for injured workers
- Incorporating your clinical knowledge, evidence based practice and negotiation skills to liaise with external stakeholders, move cases forward with the goal of Return to work
- Perform pre-employment assessments, manual handling training, ergonomics, job-task analysis, driver training (if you are accredited).
- Opportunities to utilise your strong clinical acumen to help clients with complex claims
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

An AHPRA Accredited Physiotherapist with current clinical experience (Workplace Rehab experience is highly regarded)

A high level ability to clinically reason and strategically plan RTW and/or clinical outcomes
- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A commitment to deadline attainment
