The Role:
This exciting and diverse role is nestled 75kms north-west of Brisbane is an idyllic regional town that has the amenities you'll need. Reporting to a Facility Manager that is an open communicator, friendly and believes in a collaborative approach to the team.
The Clinical Nurse Manager/Care Manager will oversee and lead a team of well-resourced nursing professionals, care staff and allied health personnel providing top quality care. Key daily responsibilities of this 40-bed facility will include the day-to-day operations, clinical governance ensuring the budgets is within target and using your clinical knowledge to support the team.

What Are the Requirements to Be Successful?
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in leadership/management roles with Residential and/or Community Aged Care services
- Understanding of HR, budgeting and operational management
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time efficiently
