Boroondara Family Dentist is currently seeking to employ an experience Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team.

We would like someone who has good customer service skills, be willing to learn new tasks and has a friendly, mature and professional work ethic. The position will be available at the beginning of August but we are happy to have someone start prior to this as we would like to spend adequate time to train the candidate in our processes.

About the role:

• Overseeing our front desk- scheduling appointments etc.
• Maintaing our patient relationship
• Management of payments/cash handling
• Maintaining patient records
• Efficient computer skills
• Ability to process accounts/invoices
• Competent with instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures ( or willing to learn)
• Ordering and stock control
