Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across 3 campuses in the northeast of Melbourne and state-wide. Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Grade 3 CT Medical Imaging Technologist to join our CT Management team in the Radiology Department. Remuneration will be dependent on experience and skills.
The Radiology Department operates at both the Austin and the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospitals and provides a full range of diagnostic and interventional radiology services to the patients of Austin Health and the surrounding community.
Imaging for inpatients, Emergency Department patients, MRI and all interventional cases is performed at the Austin Hospital.
The suitable applicant will be a minimum of five years qualified with high level CT experience, excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated supervisory skills.
The Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital deals almost entirely with outpatients.
