For more information: http://www.cec.health.nsw.gov.au/index What you'll be doing The Program Lead Clinical Communication is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation and evaluation of projects related to delegation and escalation practices in NSW health. The position holder will be required to establish strong working relationships with a broad range of clinicians and deliver statewide policy and service design solutions. A capacity to engage and negotiate with senior clinicians and teams will be critical to this role. A completed online questionnaire addressing the below selection criteria. Selection Criteria Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent; and experience in a senior supervisory role in a complex clinical setting. Demonstrated understanding of areas of high risk to patient safety, including the role of organisational and cultural change management in a complex, safety-critical environment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and evaluating safety and quality programs in a statewide or large scale setting. Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple and concurrent initiatives with conflicting milestones and deadlines. Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills including demonstrated capability to negotiate with and influence diverse stakeholder groups to support change and drive the achievement of common goals. Highly developed analytical skills including demonstrated ability to conduct literature reviews and apply research; conducting data analysis and interpretation; preparing and presenting analysis and reports; and managing program risks and implications. High level verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience drafting complex written documents such as reports, briefs and advice for senior managers. Need more information?
