WE have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses who would like to join the Craigcare Team in the Northern suburbs. We are committed to people who choose to work and live with Craigcare. To be considered for this opportunity, you will require to meet the following criteria:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating professional care practice including delivering resident care according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures,
- Safe administration of medication, and
- Maintaining clinical documentation in accordance with accepted national standards and legal requirements.
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- A current AHPRA Nursing Registration,
- A current National Police Clearance (dated within 3 years),
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Nursing role within Australia (Aged Care experience essential),
- Experience and an excellent understanding of ACFI documentation,
- A sound knowledge of the Accreditation Standards,
- A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of elderly residents,
- Be a highly motivated and organised individual,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced leadership and supervision skills,
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment
- Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans, and
