What you will be doing?
You will be joining a passionate team of individuals who are foccussed on providing the highest standards of care to the residents including care planning, working with residents families to make sure you are focussing on the right kind of care for each resident, attending to personal care, medications and wonund management.
What you will need?
- You must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years experience
- You must have a current AHPRA registration
- Experience working closely with other Health Care Professionals
- A passion to provide quality care to older people
**As this is a 6 month contract, they can help with accommodation which can be paid for through salary packaging options should you require it**
