We are seeking an OT or PT in Melbourne to take on this exciting role as their new Clinical Services Coach.
  
This role will see you collaborate with the education, training and management team to ensure education, mentoring and the welfare needs of clinical staff are being met.

The Applicant: 

• Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• 3+ years’ experience a leadership role
• Clinical education experience

The Role

• Full-time
• Provide clinical leadership and clinical advice to a team of health professionals
• Create and deliver a thorough induction and orientation program
• Develop and strengthen policies, procedures and other documents to ensure compliance with the company’s vision and values
• Promote the company and actively seek new clients and opportunities
• Coordinate and/or facilitate training programs
• Budget accountability
• Delegation authority
