Evado Studios is a Physiotherapy / Pilates / Personal Training studio in Hawthorn. We provide a first class, boutique service in a large modern facility. Reception and administration team members play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and consistent delivery of office processes.

If you demonstrate good verbal and non-verbal communication skills and are willing to learn, Evado Studios invites you to apply for the following position:
- Casual Receptionist (Administration)
The appropriate candidate will be customer-focussed and team-oriented and wanting a stable, long term position in a fun work environment. Typically, those individuals who are familiar with the Physiotherapy/Pilates/Personal Training/Gym environments will be a natural fit for this position.
Hours will range from mornings (including Saturdays) and evenings and will be set out in a weekly roster. This role commences with a thorough and structured induction to ensure our service standards remain high. We have highly structured policies and procedures allowing you to quickly grasp the necessary skills to perform efficiently.
You will demonstrate proficient use of technology including our practice software and Microsoft Office. Experience in processing of accounts using EFTPOS/HICAPS is an advantage, although training for this is included in our induction.
The position commences the week of August 6. Applications close July 24.
