Job tasks and responsibilities
About The Role
The role is a full-time position located on the Sunshine Coast working out of our Buderim and Kawana clinics.
This role is suited for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist that is looking to take their career to the next level and potentially enter into our leadership and management program.
This role includes treating patients and being part of our Doctor Visits / Referral Team.
Training and development is provided for you to succeed.

This role is suited to a physiotherapist that would like to develop their career into a possible leadership position within our growing clinics.
You will have an extensive learning and development history to date in your career, possess great hands-on skills and clinical knowledge and will be able to demonstrate patient results and high standard of care.

Responsibilities
1. Treating patients in our clinics with a focus on patient outcomes, high standard healthcare model, implementing treatment pathways for patient's maximum health benefits.
2. Attending Doctors & Referral networking meetings.
3. Jointly work with your fellow team members to meet the goals of the clinic and patients.
4. Contributing to our team effort which includes team meetings, monthly newsletters, injury articles, seminars and other patient attraction activities, in-house professional development.
5. Contribute to our company culture.
6. Effective communication with our referral network.
7. Follow systems and procedures for patient and clinic outcomes.
