The Role
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and managing a team of nine specialist representatives, your primary responsibilities will be: 

• Development of the current high performing team of Hospital Specialist Representatives
• Coverage of the Southern Region - Vic, Tas, SA
• Ensuring achievement of set sales targets 
• Appropriate and maximum utiilisation of sales resources
• Development and implementation of business plans
• Continuing to develop relationships with key internal and external stake holders
  

The Candidate
You will be an experienced hospital and/or specialist manager from within the pharmaceutical industry with ideally at least five years industry experience.  Tertiary qualifications are essential in either business, science or allied health.  You will be able to demonstrate:

• Strong leadership expertise
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Technical ability and and territory knowledge.
• Skills in coaching & development of staff.
• Recruitment & counselling techniques.
• Proven success managing HSR teams.
• Analytical and business planning skills
