Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Eastern Suburbs

Experienced Clinical Services Manager/DDON (Registered Nurse) required to manage standard 2 & the care delivery within this lovely aged care residence. Conveniently located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, this appointment reports directly to an experienced & insightful Residence Manager whilst working alongside a diligent & skilled clinical care team. This opportunity is paying an attractive salary package, up to $95,000 + super. This exciting clinical leadership opportunity is supported by a great team & organisational culture. Representing this renowned aged care organisation, you will be required to manage the clinical care team alongside another skilled Clinical Specialist. We are seeking an energetic & ambitious individual with demonstrated experience in clinical excellence and leadership capabilities to lead the delivery of care services to the residents. As Clinical Services Manager, you will focus on empowering the team and contributing to a high-performance culture, ensuring the residents are receiving optimum quality care. You will also be supported by thorough ACFI, admissions, clinical & quality support on site as well as extensive HR & Operations support from a centralised Head Office.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years aged care management experience
• Previous experience managing aged care facilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Sound financial and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
