Vision Australia is seeking a highly motivated Paediatric Physiotherapist to join the Client Services Team based in Kooyong. Located at our Kooyong office, you will work alongside a dedicated team of experienced allied health professionals, striving for the delivery of optimal service to families with children who are blind or have low vision.
Responsibilities
As a Paediatric Physiotherapist at Vision Australia you will:
- To provide appropriate and effective Physiotherapist programs to clients and their families who receive a service from Vision Australia.
- To write appropriate and effective goals for individuals and groups base on family centred practice.
- As required, act as the Primary Service Provider to coordinate the provision of services internally to clients and families and to liaise with external service providers to achieve desired outcomes for clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy is essential as is experience working in Paediatrics
- Demonstrated high value experience in a clinical practice and a track record of achieving excellent outcomes for clients
- Demonstrate the ability and desire to work within a transdisciplinary model, and demonstrate the qualities that strengthen a team of professionals.
