What you'll be doing The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role provides clerical and administrative support to the local healthcare team under the direction and supervision of the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and/or Nurse Manager (NM). Hold or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration Demonstrates excellent communication skills that include accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Possesses ability in word processing, spreadsheet, database software and other computer applications. Exhibits strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Demonstrates capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment. Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to the values of the Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network. Need more information?
