Enrolled Nurse, Medication Endorsed - Emergency Department Position Summary Enrolled Nurse Temporary Part Time, 64 hrs per fortnight Emergency Department / Short Stay Unit Maroondah Hospital, Ringwood East. Eastern Health operates from many different locations; our largest sites include Angliss Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Healesville and District Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, Peter James Centre, Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre, Wantirna Health, Yarra Ranges Health, Yarra Valley Community Health. Maroondah Hospital Emergency Department is seeking a passionate and flexible Enrolled Nurse with recent acute experience to join our team on a temporary part time basis. As a member of the Maroondah emergency team, you will be part of a highly dedicated multi-disciplinary team comprising medical, nursing, clerical and allied health professionals. Maroondah ED cares for around 56,000 patients per year. The Department comprises 27 cubicles (including 3 resuscitation bays), a dedicated paediatric emergency and fast track treatment areas, and a 20 bed short stay unit. To be successful in this role you should possess: Current AHPRA registration (Inc. 5 routes medication endorsement) Recent acute experience (within Australia), preferably within an Emergency Department Strong commitment to high quality patient care and assessment The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills A personal commitment to ongoing education and personal development Eastern Health offers a variety of fantastic Employee Benefits, view the extensive range here!
