• $100,000 + super + annual bonus

We are on the look out for a Senior Psychologist to join a minimum security level facility located in Eastern Victoria. 

As the Senior Clinician within the facility, you will be required to mentor, supervise and provide guidance to your junior colleagues. You will be responsible for a team who will work with prisoners to reduce their risk of reoffending. 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing and leading a team of Clinicians who work with prisoners 
• You will be responsible for planning clinical service delivery across different pathways
• Maintain a small caseload of complex offenders 

To be successful:

• Full registration as a Psychologist 
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a registered practitioner in assessing individuals and groups within a correctional setting or equivalent 
• Prior experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team
