This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Naturopath to join our business.
About the Role
The primary role of the Naturopath is to assist customers with their healthcare needs and work predominantly in the vitamins and natural health care sections of our stores. In addition, you are also responsible for:
- Assisting customers with natural medicine queries
- Providing consultations about diet and lifestyle advice
- Prescribing vitamins, natural supplements and traditional medicines
- Processing orders and maintaining stock levels
About You
- Completed a relevant course in Naturopathy
- Previous vitamins and natural medicines experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of vitamins and natural medicines
- Qualification to sell practitioner only products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
- Dedicated work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
