About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Educator, you will identify individual learning needs to support the ongoing growth, development, and individual learning plans of our nurses. This will involve developing, implementing and evaluating a unique education programs in collaboration with Facility Managers, and ensure that the programs are in compliance with the Aged Care Standards.
This hands-on role presents an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team that is dedicated to the delivery of person-centred care to our residents under Aurrum's operating model that is built on a philosophy of delivering clinical care excellence to our residents whilst offering premium quality accommodation, lifestyle and dining experiences.
The is a full time position regular travel required to our Victorian network of care homes.
In addition to the above, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced skills in the use electronic health and care systems
- Current AHPRA Registration
