About the Role
 
We’re a vibrant, fun, innovate and energetic team and we are seeking someone like minded who is genuinely passionate about providing top level customer service to join us in providing quality health care to our community.
 
We are seeking a Receptionist on a permanent part-time basis to join our team. Reporting to the Practice Manager and Directors your main duties will be front of house and reception, administrative support of clinical staff, general administration and housekeeping.
 
You will exhibit great inter-personal communication skills, good computer literacy and be very well organised. We are looking for a compassionate, hardworking and team-orientated person who shows good moral character and initiative and will work collaboratively with all team members.

Relevant experience in similar roles would be looked upon favorably however we will provide thorough induction and training to the best applicant in order to successfully fulfill the role. The position is currently available for Mon and Wed 1pm – 8pm with alternating Friday shifts and one Saturday a month. The right applicant will be able to offer flexibility in their hours for times of staff leave etc. with shifts varying between 8am – 8pm Mon – Fri and 8am – 1pm Saturday.
