We are looking for bright, confident and dynamic Pharmacy staff to join our team.

POSITION: PHARMACIST (Part/Full Time)
We are seeking a Pharmacist who possesses an exceptional work ethic, high professional standards and outstanding leadership qualities to work with our dynamic and progressive team. We require a responsible, motivated individual who will be accountable to the manager for the efficient day to day operations. You will work closely with the Retail Manager to oversee staff supervision, financial performance and profitability of the business. You will be able to deliver and offer all 6CPA services and incentives.
To be successful in this position you will have a current APHRA Pharmacy Registration, PDL Insurance. We welcome NEWLY Registered Pharmacist who are up for the challenge. Ongoing training and development will be provided to help you achieve your best in Customer service and primary healthcare.
What we expect from you:
- Our pharmacists must be able to handle a fast pace environment and be competent in dispensing (we use FRED).
- You will be involved in the role out of multiple Priceline health clinics throughout the year
- Stock control will be a significant part of your role. You must be able to read FRED reports and order appropriately. Keep a close eye on OOS items and ensure we get the best deals from reps.
- Seek new business opportunities
- Reach Clinical Intervention and Med Check targets
- Understand the Webster packing process and procedures (particularly checking and dispensing)
- Maintaining QCPP procedures and templates
- Guild Incentives and follow up
- Know the NDSS procedures
- Support and grow new business strategies
- Embody the Priceline values of Respect, Initiative, Unity and Excellence
- Above all provide spectacular service to our valued customers
