Level 2 Clinical Nurse - Surgical Ward

Your Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Surgical Unit

As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assisting with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.

This opportunity is being offered as a Permanent Full Time role, with consideration for Part Time depending on successful applicant. 

Your Background:

You will be an experienced Clinical Nurse with a minimum of 5 years in a Surgical environment. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:

• Well-developed communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
• Complex problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
