The Company
A 100% Australian owned market leading company within life sciences. specialising in the distribution of quality laboratory consumable products for the Medical Research and Life Sciences markets. Whilst being a leader in this field they also have other sectors of the business to give companies the inclusive experience and look after all potential needs of customers
The role
- Day to day management and growth of a defined group of significant local branch based customers and designated national customer groups
- As a Key account manager, you will need to define and implement overall strategy for the designed key accounts to grow the relationship to become business partners with corporate customers and drive key initiatives
- Pro-actively build a strong network with key players in the healthcare industry and related associations
- Maintaining customer base
About you
- Proven experience in handling key accounts with a track record of growing them successfully
- Proven ability to present solutions to different buyer based on what is of value to them individually
- Leading senior negotiations of major multi-million complex contracts
- Being computer literate, analytical and generally be able to take information
