What you'll be doing
The cook is responsible for preparing and cooking healthy, nutritious and wholesome meals to promote the health and wellbeing of all patients of the WNSW Local Health District.
Selection Criteria
- Experience cooking within a hospital or similar environment as a Cook (Grade B) level or equivalent.
- Evidence of completion of previous training in food safety and hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take directions from supervisor.
- Ability and willingness to work shifts, on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
