The Position
St John of God Midland Hospital is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join the team within our dedicated chemotherapy facility.
We have several positions availabile, to be offered on a casual basis. Shifts will be rostered between 8.30am and 4.30pm, and will vary in length.
If you are passionate about providing an exceptional standard of patient care, and are IV and ADAC competent, we would love to hear from you! Significant recent experience in Oncology and/or Haematology Nursing is essential for further consideration.
The successful candidate(s) will have:
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care/relevant environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Well-developed skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
