Facility Manager/DON/Residential Manager - RN Aged Care - Townsville

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take over the management of this modern facility in Townsville. You will need to be a strong leader with excellent communication and management skills.

You will need to be the type of person who is passionate about customer service, quality of care and have exceptional attention to detail!

Requirements

• Experienced Aged Care Manager
• Minimum 5 years as a Facility Manager
• Qualified Registered Nurse - highly regarded
• Excellent understanding of policies and procedures
• System Implementation experience
• Knowledge of financial budgets
• A good understanding of quality standards
• Have fantastic attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys a challenge!
