Lifeview Residential Care (Lifeview) an Victorian based residential aged care provider operating four homes with 281 beds, in the south-eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be working closely with your team to build collaborative relationships, prioritise tasks, have superior clinical ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation. A can do attitude will ensure your success in this role.
If you are:
- EN currently registered with endorsement
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in leading and motivating a team of care staff
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work
- Passionate about aged care
- Ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services – electronic medication chart
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
