Bass Hill Aged Care is a 70 bed aged care Home. We have an opportunity for a new aged care manager to take over the day to operations in this well run Home. Reporting directly to the NSW Director of Operations you will be part of a close knit team of General Managers who support each other and share innovative ideas.
We are looking for someone with a broad toolbox of skills to manage the various day to day operations of this home.
To be successful in this role the following is sought:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience
- Extensive aged care experience
- Strong leadership skills & people management skills
- Experience in managing budgets
- Strong work ethic and focus on customer service
- Computer literacy
- Familiar with ACFI requirements
- Business acumen
