Clinician Case Manager CYMHS Box Hill Community Team Position Summary Child and Youth Mental Health, Grade 2 Clinician Case Manager / Social Work / Occupational Therapy / RPN3 Nursing /Psychology Position Box Hill Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) Clinical Case Manager Permanent Part-Time (0.8) / Full-Time Occupational Therapist Grade 2 / Social Worker Grade 2 / Clinical Psychologist Grade 2 / Registered Psychiatric Nurse RPN 3. This is a permanent 0.8 position within the Box Hill Community Team with an option of an additional 0.2 in the CYMHS ACCESS team for those seeking full time employment. The Box Hill Team is one of the Eastern Health community teams for the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS). We are seeking a 0.8 clinician who enjoys working with children, youth and families; and is a suitably qualified mental health professional who can demonstrate clinical competency in providing mental health assessments, clinical diagnosis and formulation, treatment and case management for those aged 0 – 25 years. If you are successful, you will join a skilled and enthusiastic team with the opportunity to participate in the family therapy team, and undertake group work.
