Our Westfund Eye Care practices deliver quality eye care to our members in a genuine clinical-care approach. We are currently seeking an Optical Dispenser to deliver premium optical service to our members and non-members.
About the role:
In this position you will be responsible for dispensing and sales of spectacles and sunglasses to our valued health fund members and non-members.
About you:
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following:
- Experience and/or qualifications in optical dispensing are essential. Applicants must be dedicated to a strong service attitude with a retail background
- A passion for delivering premium customer service
- A genuine interest in promoting the benefits of Westfund in a community environment
- A warm, empathetic and engaging manner with the ability to work in a health care service team
- Great problem solving skills, excellent work ethic and dedication
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and the desire and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Drivers licence and ability to travel to co-locations where required
